Are you getting Christmas presents for your ponies? I am. So far it has been mostly toys for the baby ponies, but I also want to get some more things for the adult ponies. And the presents are going to be wrapped up and put under the ponies' Christmas trees . If you are getting presents for your ponies, what are you getting them?

Many years ago, I had a special pop-up advent calendar with 25 little cardboard parcels in which my parents placed small gifts for me...and since that year, I have drawn 25 pony's names out of a hat and placed small gifts inside the parcels for them! Then they get to "open the parcels" (with a little help from me, of course!) on Christmas Day!
I normally give them ribbons (bought from a local craft shop), and other hair accessories (bought from cheap shops), and very occasionally I throw in a hand-made item of clothing! Some ponies also get hand-made necklaces, made with beads that you can buy in packs for children's bracelets over here - I don't know if you can get them in Denmark?

Yes, we have packs with beads for children to make their own jewellery here. For a long time I have wanted to make some necklaces for my ponies from some really cool beads they have at the craft shop, but I have never got around doing it. I hope I will some day.

Heh, mine get presents "from each other" since I don't technically exist in their world... 3; 0-P But I had a bunch of old necklaces I'd made as a kid for I'm-not-sure-what that got, hem, redistributed among my ponies... crafts by the babies which were given to some of their favorite adults X 0-) My Xmas card exchange McD's pony got a specially made necklace out of elastic thread and a special star bead, in addition to the usual, and I still need to decide who's going to be given that plastic unicorn charm in my mini-stocking on display. Firefly will probably give Bride Beauty that silver "Love" charm next year--awww : 0-P But the big surprise present was the sleigh I found at Wal-Mart. I jimmied up harnesses and traces for Gusty and Cherry Treats out of ribbon and lace, and all the baby ponies got to go on a sleigh ride...woohoo! : 0-J Next year they won't all fit at once anymore, lol; they'll have to make two trips.
Said sleigh ride was my decorative Christmas display this year. ; 0-) With the petite ponies on the end table across from them wrapping a string of miniature lights around the "giant" lamppost...lol. And sneaky little petite Swanee trying to get a sneak peek in the red present sack while the others were busy stringing! So really my ponies mostly got Xmas display presents, heh, because all this was scrounged up out of boxes or bought new this year.
