Do your ponies have their hair styled? Any pictures of some of your most unusual styles? Generally I just use different combinations of boring braids, so if you have any good ideas, show us!!!

I don't have any pictures or any really unusual hair styles but I gotta admit, I am a freak for curling. I love curling pony hair>< I use sponge rollers lol... X3

I dunno about unusual, but I do have a lot of variously clipped hair (not my fault! I got 'em on Ebay! X 0-) ) and try to give my ponies' hair some, uh, personality. It seems so far to depend a lot on what they look like when they get here, actually--a lot of 'em get funky forelocks or hair (un)naturally falling one way or another, so when I get creative a lot of times it's based on their "original" condition...lol. I'm not very careful with my pony hair in terms of never combing it (I comb it out right away ater styling, hah!) or keeping it pristine, so I think my ponies may need a bit more frequent styling than most X 0-)
But some of the specific ponies' styles, uh. (I should get a pic of Bluebell's yarn tail, haha.) Fizzy was one of my first with a "hairstyle"; she came with hair chopped off to about half-length, mostly straight, flipped to one side with a bend to the end. I decided I liked it; she will not be rehaired. ; 0-P SS Magic Star has a mohawk of a mondo-forelock. Milkweed can be told from her twin because she's much less careful about her hairdo, while Tumbleweed still has a bit of original curl. My rearing McD's Ivy has purple dreadlocks (while my second for-trade one has snazzily nice smooth hair to compare to, much prettier X 0-) ). Masquerade of the trimmed forelock has a fairly straightforward flip-and-curl, while her sister Floater is nearly identical, although she does have a forelock. Their sister Dancing Butterflies is going to have a crimp or wave to her hair if I can manage it; it's done up in two tight braids right now. And most recently I managed to get a kind of "accordion curl" to the end of Star Gleamer's tail, lol, and decided it was pretty cool; my new baby ballerina from Spoosh sports a small one now as well. (Which ones do people want to see pics of? X 0-) )
Ah, and maybe this doesn't "count," but for a long while my "fakie" Cabbage Patch earther had her bendy yarn hair all done up in braids-within-braids-within braids...lol. Speaking of "braid combos." >.>
