Hello there, Pony Friend, and welcome to the Rescue Home! I recognise you from the Arena. I love the website, and adore your giant Sundance. You did a really great job cleaning her up. I'd never seen her "before" picture before, if you know what I mean. And that pony room is to die for! However many ponies do you have in there, do you think? Enjoy yourself here, and hope to see you around the boards! Desiree xxx

I can't wait to see the pics of the new pony room! I love seeing people's displays, it gives me some ideas for how to display my own ponies once I have some space of my own. May I ask how you tacked all of the pamphlets/backcards/other MLP paper products on the ceiling? I thought it was a really great space-saving idea! I wonder where giant Sundance did come from? I remember somebody showing an old leaflet from some kind of 80s licensing show with both a large Sundance and BBE Baby Sundance. I expect there were more of them made for shop windows etc. though. I don't know how anybody could be silly enough to keep something made from that kind of material out in the garden - especially something white!!! At least she's being looked after now though. Once again, a big welcome to you! Desiree xxx

hi
well you got to get creative when you are stuck with sloped ceilings. i used regualr flat thumbtack and instead of tacking through the item i tacked on the side so that the item was squished between the tack and the ceiling. it dident make a hole in the item and it dident even leave a mark the only thing i had to watch for was mold or condensation between the item and the ceiling but everything was ok
i actualy baught an auction from ebay that was selling paper sized advertising showing the giant sundance and the bbe sundance just so i would have some kind of authentification to prove ssundance was indeed sundance i was surprised myself when i found out what kind of material she was and that she was kept outside in all kinds of weather what an awful thing to do but hey people put anything on there lawns over here

Welcome back, Drusilla! We've been having some problems with this forum, but I think we're over the worst of them now. I'm going to try to send out an e-mail explaining more later this week. I look forward to hearing more about Sundance.
